Requisites: Age 18+ Prior to the in-person portion of the class participants must complete approx. 2 hours of pre-work online. We have limited seats -please commit to attending if you register.

Topics covered include anxiety, depression, substance use, disorders in which psychosis may occur, disruptive behavior disorders (including ADHD), and eating disorders.
Those who successfully complete the class will earn a Mental Health First Aid (MHF
- The full course consists of approx. 2-hours of self-paced online content, followed by 6 hours of training in person with 2 instructors, class discussions, videos, and small group scenario practice.
- PLEASE NOTE: The approx. two hours of online self-paced pre-work must be completed before the in class session. You will receive an email with details on how to access the pre-work about 2 weeks prior to the in person class.
