Description
How Can We Listen Actively?
March 7 | Noon-1pm | At CCHE & Zoom
Partners and Facilitators: Nina McCune and Enno Limvere
Listening is one of the most essential bridging skills, and this session will explore how to do it actively and effectively. We’ll practice techniques like “looping” in small groups, discussing pre-selected topics gathered through a participant poll.
Often, we find ourselves tuned into “WIFM” (What’s In It For Me), but how can we shift our focus to truly hear what someone else wants us to understand? Together, we’ll reflect on the strengths and resilience needed to navigate challenging conversations, embrace differences, and foster meaningful connections.
Join us for this stand-alone session to build compassion, create conversation, and strengthen relationships.
