Lunch & Learn: Building A Stronger Community “Through the Ages”
September 18 | Noon-1pm | At CCHE & Zoom
Presenters & Partners: Josh Belanger, Cook County ISD 166 Principal & Care Partners of Cook County
In September our Lunch & Learn will meet on the THIRD Wednesday of the month! Learn how intergenerational connections can benefit people of all ages! Cook County ISD 166 Principal Josh Belanger will help us discover existing ways that older adults can connect with and support our Cook County students. In addition, we’ll learn about intergenerational events and activities that are currently being explored through collaborative partnerships with area organizations like Care Partners. Participants will also be invited to share their own ideas for connecting community members from generation to generation.
A light lunch will be provided for the first 20 guests who sign up for the in-person class. If you have any food sensitivities or preferences please bring your own brown bag lunch.
