ServSafe Food Manager Certification - May 
May 19 | 8am-5:30pm | At CCHE
Cost: $175 (Course, Textbook, and 1 Exam) 
Instructor: Tom Nalezny

The full certification course and exam runs from 8 a.m. to roughly 5:30 p.m. and costs $175, which includes the textbook and exam.

We encourage picking up the book ahead of time to study. We will also send out a pretest that gives us a good sense of your knowledge to start the course. 

 

To become certified:

  1. Attend ServSafe Food Manager Certification
  2. Take & Pass Exam
  3. Print copy of exam certificate from www.servsafe.com
  4. Mail initial application required documentation (Copy of your exam certificate), and $35 fee to MDH.
