ServSafe Food Manager

Cost: $175 (Course, Textbook, and 1 Paper Exam)

The full certification course and exam runs from 8 a.m. to roughly 5:30 p.m. and costs $175, which includes the textbook and exam.
This training is designed to fulfill requirements for Minnesota state and local health departments. https://www.
We encourage picking up the book ahead of time to study. We will also send out a pretest that gives us a good sense of your knowledge to start the course.
To become certified:
- Attend ServSafe Food Manager
Certification - Take & Pass Exam
- Print a copy of exam certificate from www.serv
safe.com - Mail the initial application required documentation (Copy of your exam certificate), and $35 fee to MDH.
