Rest is necessary for well-being. It renews us physically, mentally, and emotionally, but only if the form of rest we're getting lines up with the type of tired we are.
In this 6-week coaching experience, we'll
- Learn to distinguish different types of fatigue and rest
- Determine the places of your personal rest deficits
- Examine your boundaries around those areas
- Explore options and develop a plan for getting the rest you need
Begin to close the gap between the fatigue you feel and the rest you need! Emerge feeling recharged, more in control of your energy expenditures, and more confident in your ability to replenish yourself - body, mind, and spirit.
