Rest is necessary for well-being. It renews us physically, mentally, and emotionally, but only if the form of rest we're getting lines up with the type of tired we are.

In this 6-week coaching experience, we'll

  • Learn to distinguish different types of fatigue and rest
  • Determine the places of your personal rest deficits
  • Examine your boundaries around those areas
  • Explore options and develop a plan for getting the rest you need

Begin to close the gap between the fatigue you feel and the rest you need!  Emerge feeling recharged, more in control of your energy expenditures, and more confident in your ability to replenish yourself - body, mind, and spirit.

Instructor: Hartley Newell-Acero was born in the deep South, and raised in Texas, and in 2010 she moved with her husband and children to the North Shore. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s in Behavioral Science/Fitness and Human Performance. The owner of "ReNewell Resources Health and Wellness Coaching," she’s a Mayo Clinic and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Questions like “What does it actually mean to be well?” and “How can I best help others lead happy and healthy lives?” are always rattling around in her head. She marvels daily at her good fortune to be in this place with these people.
