Finding Your “A” Team: Planning Ahead for Aging Well

Presenters: In-Home Support, The Hub, North Shore Health, Care Partners of Cook County, and Cook County End-of-Life Doulas

We'll learn about resources for building an aging support team from a panel of representatives from local service organizations, including In-Home Support, The Hub, North Shore Health, and Care Partners of Cook County.  There will also be time for questions and answers.

• FREE Lunch & FREE Event - In Person - The deadline to register for the free lunch is Feb 20. Lunch will be Taco Salad from the HUB (Thanks to Care Partners). The salad includes lettuce, seasoned ground beef, cheese, tomato, onion, salsa, sour cream, and tortilla chips. All of the fixings are served “on the side” so the salad can be made gluten-free, meat-free, or dairy-free depending on how people choose to assemble it.
