Includes the ServSafe Coursebook (8th Edition), in-class learning, and 1 certification exam.  

This training is designed to fulfill requirements for Minnesota state and local health departments. https://www.servsafe.com/ServSafe-Manager

We encourage picking up the book ahead of time to study. For those who might take longer to complete the exam, they may need to stay later on February 3rd. 

To become certified:

1. Attend ServSafe Food Manager Certification
2. Take & Pass ServSafe Exam
3. Get a copy of your certificate from www.servsafe.com
4. Register online, submit your certificate, and pay the required fees https://mn-mdh.portal.opengov.com/categories/1087/record-types/6498
