Lunch & Learn: Advance Planning

Presenters & Partners: Kathy Reeves, Advance Planning Navigator & Care Partners of Cook County
We are happy to welcome Care Partners volunteer, Advance Planning Navigator, and retired emergency room nurse Kathy Reeves as our special guest! Kathy will tell us about the Advance Planning process, including Health Care Directives and Health Care Agents. She'll cover questions to consider as we make our choices, provide a brief overview of common end-of-life medical terms, and help us know when to review or revise our advanced planning documents.
A light lunch will be provided for the first 20 guests who sign up for the in-person class. If you have any food sensitivities or preferences, please bring your own brown bag lunch.
