ServSafe Food Manager Certification - December

Cost: $175 (Course, Textbook, and 1 Exam)

The full certification course and exam runs from 8 a.m. to roughly 5:30 p.m. and costs $175, which includes the textbook and exam.
This training is designed to fulfill requirements for Minnesota state and local health departments. https://www.servsafe.com/ServSafe-ManagerWe encourage picking up the book ahead of time to study. We will also send out a pretest that gives us a good sense of your knowledge to start the course. 

To become certified:

1. Attend ServSafe Food Manager Certification
2. Take & Pass Exam
3. Print copy of exam certificate from www.servsafe.com
4. Mail initial application required documentation (Copy of your exam certificate), and $35 fee to MDH.
